Columbine Lake Country Club
President, Anthony Lombard has been part of Columbine Lake Country Club, Inc. since 2004. Mr. Lombard is President of his own Legislative Consulting Firm, Lombard & Clayton, Inc. Mr. Lombard is also a retired Police Officer. He filled the vacancy for President in January 2014.
Vice President, Pat Sweeney has been a resident of Columbine Lake Country Club since 1994 and was appointed, to serve on the Board in December 2012. Mr. Sweeney is currently a practicing dentist located in Aurora, Colorado. Mr. Sweeney became Vice President in March 2014.
Treasurer, Stephanie Kroepfl and husband Jim have owned their home in Columbine Lake Country Club since 2006, and in 2013 they made Columbine their full-time home. Ms. Kroepfl was appointed to serve on the Board in July 2009, she became the Treasurer in November 2012.
Secretary, John Amerman made his home in Columbine Lake Country Club his principal residence in November 2007 after retiring from a 40 year career in the food industry.
Director, Rick Bishop recently returned to Columbine Lake Country Club after a brief hiatus and was appointed to serve on the Board in December 2013. Mr. Bishop is currently a physician in a family practice located in Broomfield.
Director, Neal Cross has been a resident since 2003, and he and his wife made Columbine Lake Country Club their full time residence in 2013. Mr. Cross was appointed to serve on the Board in March 2014.
Director, Dick Lacouture purchased property in Columbine Lake Country Club in 2005. He was elected to serve on the Board 2007.
Director, Pieter Knight purchased his cabin in Columbine Lake Country Club in 2008. Mr. Knight was appointed to serve on the Board in June 2009.
Director, Kirsten Reimann purchased property in CLCC in 2006 and was appointed to serve on the Board in April 2007.
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is a group of volunteers appointed by the Board of Directors to uphold the Protective Covenants and Building Criteria for the Columbine Lake Subdivision. You must be a full-time, year round resident to be eligible for the ARC.
