BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors meets the second Saturday of each month at 9:00 AM at the clubhouse. Any Columbine Lake homeowner may elect to run for a three year term for a seat on the Board of Directors. The election takes place on Memorial Day weekend during the Annual Meeting and Election.

President Dick Lacouture purchased property in CLCC in 2005. He was elected to serve on the Board 2007. Mr. Lacouture filled the vacancy for President in December 2007.

Vice President, Anthony Lombard has been part of Columbine Lake Country Club, Inc. since 2004..Mr. Lombard is President of his own Legislative Consulting Firm, Lombard & Clayton, Inc. Mr. Lombard is also a retired Police Officer.

Treasurer, Scott Wilson purchased property in CLCC in 2001. What he likes best about Columbine Lake is the small town sense of community. He has served on the Board since 2001. Mr. Wilson lives in Littleton and works in the Business Development field in finance for the oil and gas industry.

Secretary, John Amerman made his home in Columbine Lake Country Club his principal residence in November 2007 after retiring from a 40 year career in the food industry.

Director, Jeff Buckley purchased property in CLCC in 2003. He has served on the Board since 2006.

Director, Jim DeMersseman purchased property in CLCC in 1994. He has served on the Board in the past and was recently elected again in 2007.

Director Pieter Knight recently purchased his cabin on Western Road. Mr. Knight is currently a Director of Business Development for North America, for VOSS.

Director, Kirsten Reimann purchased property in CLCC in 2006 and was appointed to serve on the Board in April 2007.

Director, Stephanie Kroepfl and husband Jim have owned their home in Columbine Lake for three years and hope to one day live in Grand Lake full time. Stephanie has her degree in Marketing, Public Relations and Special Event Planning.

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is a group of volunteers appointed by the Board of Directors to uphold the Protective Covenants and Building Criteria for the Columbine Lake Subdivision. You must be a full-time, year round resident to be eligible for the ARC.
