On October 8, 2011 The Board of Directors met and approved a change to the Building Criteria concerning above ground fire pits. The changes were made to help ensure the overall safety of the community, specifically the use of wood-burning devices on decks and other wooden structures.The changes may be found in Section 4.10 of the Building Criteria.
