Conditions for Use

  1. Submission of this properly signed from and a $100 damage deposit are required, at least one week in advance, for any group function for which use of the community facilities is desired.
  2. The Columbine Lake Manager or Assistant Manager must approve the application.
  3. Sponsor/ Permittee (s) must be in attendance at a group function.
  4. One adult (over 18) required for each six children under age 15.
  5. Approval of Group Use Permit Application will not deny the use of the community facilities to other members in good standing.The group use permit is intended to avoid the use of the facilities by more than one large group at the same time, in the same place.
  6. Sponsor/ Permittee has inspected the premise, is satisfied with the condition of the premises and accepts them "as is" in their present condition.(Note: Any dissatisfaction with condition that may be noted upon arrival for group function is to be brought to the immediate attention of the Clubhouse Supervisor or Manager. The Clubhouse Supervisor's or Manager's written acknowledgement of said condition on the Group Use Permit Application will be required prior to the group function's activity.)Columbine Lake Country Club, Inc. has made no representations or warranties, either express or implied, concerning the fitness of the premises for the use to which sponsor/permittee intends to put them.
  7. Sponsor/Permittee, on behalf of sponsor/permittee, his/her guests and invitees, hereby indemnifies and hold harmless Columbine Lake Country Club, Inc. for any cause of action, damages, claims, &/or injuries to persons or property, including costs and attorney's fees arising out of the use by sponsor/permittee, his/her guests and invitees, of the community facilities at Columbine Lake Subdivision.
  8. Sponsor/Permittee shall pay, upon the execution of this agreement, a damage deposit in the amount of $100.00.Sponsor/Permittee shall be responsible for any and all damage, ordinary wear and tear expected, which may occur to the premise during the time of sponsor/permittee's occupancy thereof. Payment for said damage shall be made within 10 days of notification to sponsor/permittee by Columbine Lake Country Club, Inc. of said damage.

Any party breaching this agreement shall entitle the non-breaching party to all damages occasioned by said breach, including costs of attorney's fees.

I hereby accept the above conditions, and will be responsible for this group.
